Fatin belum lagi bersalin act.. tp bz sesgt dgn macam2 hal.. hmm.. ntah la.. nak citer pun malas rase.. anyway.. hari nih school Farzana ade buat makan dumpling.. though berintikan ayam.. tp ayam tak halal la kan.. so kami tak mkn.. just join the xtvt n time mkn Farzana mkn biskut n fruits.. so enjoy pics kelas Farzana tadi.. dorang sumer mintak kids pakai baju sempena CNY.. so tgk la.. cute sgt kan dornag pakai baju2 tuh.. baju Farzana act dah kecik.. tp pakaikan juga laa..

Fatin juga akan upload gmbr Annual Dinner Gemalto.. co Ayah Farzana.. co abg; Axalto gabung ngan satu lagi co Gemplus.. so nama co baru is Gemalto.. huhu.. dorang wat kat rest halal.. so bole la kami join.. this is our second chance join the Annual Dinner.. abg dpt second place lucky draw.. dpt la Ipod U2.. yg ade screen for video gak.. seronok sungguh la Farzana n Ayah dia tgk video citer through Ipod tuh.. smpi Mama gelakkan dorang.. skrin komp or tv lagi besar.. tp rela la dorang dua tgk pakai Ipod.. macam2.. mende baru.. huhu..

kalu nak ikutkan byk je mende nak citer.. tp tak sempat la.. byk keje nak buat.. plus Fatin pun maybe juga dah tak secergas dulu.. a bit slow skang rasenyer.. huhuhu.. ngaku je la kan.. so enjoy pics yg akan diupload slowly.. and doakan Fatin sumer selamat ye!

Wet Chocolate Cake & Apple Pie..

dah tinggal separuh baru teringat nak amik gmbr..

sgt happy sbb semlm.. mlm semlm dlm kol 7.. lepas siap roti canai (ala2 instant konon wat utk breakfast esok), try buat another resepi chocolate cake from Mamafami's fp.. huhu.. kali nih try Wet Chocolate Cake.. terliur sgt tgk.. tp b4 telur tak cukup.. so tak leh wat.. tp nih pun fatin try half adunan jer.. okla.. Fatin suka taste yg nih.. Abg pun.. (ker nak amik ati jer nih.. hehe) tp yg frust topping tak jadi.. huwaaa.. tak rich coklat dia.. arituh wat coklat cake topping pakai coklat bar.. konon nak save, bape keping je yg bawak blk BJ pun.. plus nak belajar.. Fatin wat pakai powder.. tp Fatin tak ikut sgt.. ade ker 2 sudu besar coklat powder Fatin tukar milo 2 sudu + 1 sudu coklat powder.. huhuhu.. sbb tuh yg tak jadi kot.. kekekkeke.. tak reti nak main mandai2 lak.. nanti lain kali cuba ikut betul2.. maybe jadi sedap.. huhu.. so nih resepi cake..

WET CHOCOLATE CAKE

375 gm butter
600 gm caster sugar
6 eggs
600 gm water
500 gm flour }
100 gm chocolate powder }
1 tea spoon baking powder } sift together
1 tea spoon soda bicarbonate }

Method :
a. Beat butter and sugar till creamy.
b. Add in egg one at a time, then fold in flour and lastly water.
c. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 40 - 45 minutes.

TOPPING

2 cups water
2 tablespoon of chocolate powder } sift
1 tablespoon of corn flour } together
1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
250 gm sugar
100 gm butter

Cook on slow fire. If not thick enough add more corn flour.


and utk Apple Pie.. act inti Fatin ikut cara Mama Fatin buat.. tp ingat2 lupa.. and Mama Fatin pakai epal hijau.. Granny Smith Apples.. tp Fatin pakai epal fuji jer.. hehe.. main ape ade rumah jer..

Filling:
2 apples (sliced)
butter (dlm 1-2 tablespoon.. skit jer)
2-3 tablespoon of sugar
custard or corn flour in little water
a pinch of salt

Crust :
300 - 350 g flour (sifted)
200g butter
1 teaspoon of salt + almost 200ml water (Fatin larutkan air garam n simpan dlm fridge)

Method:
Filling:
1. Melt butter and 'fry' the apples till turn soft or brownish. Stir while 'frying' the apples. (Fatin suka buat inti apple pie sbb mase nih naik bau epal.. sedap sgt bau dia.. huhu)
2. Add in sugar n a pinch of salt.
3. Add in custard or corn flour. Stir. Stop the heat when thicken.

Crust:
1. Margarine + flour = make into breadcrumbs.
2. Add in salty water till soft dough is formed.
3. Divide into 2 portions and let it rest for at least 20 minutes
4. Roll thin the dough for the base. Put it in the pie dish.
5. Put in the filling.
6. Roll thin the second portion of the dough to cover the filling. Trim the edges and press with a fork to seal.
7. Poke with fork, divide the pie to 8 (or as desired) portions.
8. Decorate as desired with the remaining dough.
9. Brush with yolk. (Fatin simpan overnight or few hours dlm fridge before bake)
10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 40 - 45 minutes.

CHOCOLATE CAKE

Resepi cake nih pun amik from fp Mamafami..

CHOCOLATE CAKE (Fahimah)
Ingredients :
(A)
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
(B)
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
4 eggs
2 cups self-raising flour
1 teaspoon ovallette

Method :

1. Place ingredients A in a pot and cook on low heat till well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Cream butter and icing sugar. Add in the ovallette.
3. Add in eggs, one at a time and continue beating.
4. Fold in flour, little at a time.
5. Pour in the cocoa mixture and keep folding till well mixed.
6. Pour the ready mixture into a tray, I used a square 9 x 9 cake tin, lined with greaseproof paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (for big ovens) for 40 - 45 minutes. Check by inserting a skewer in the middle of the cake. If the skewer comes out clean, then the cake is ready

Chicken Pie & Fruit Tart

Sorry.. act mmg nak letak resepi chicken pie nih.. tp tak sempat2.. anyway.. resepi mmg Fatin intai mane lagi.. kat Mamafami laa.. http://mamafami.fotopages.com/?entry=716055 huhu.. tp Fatin buat cara lain sikit.. style mama Fatin.. masak inti.. and bakar sekali je la.. tp fatin letak bekas pie tuh kat bawah sekali dlm oven.. (sbb oven rumah nih tak bole control nak api bawah saja) and Fatin lebihkan butter for the crust.. or kurangkan tepung.. nih cara Fatin laa.. huhu..



since Fatin nih buat lebih kurang jer.. (ukuran lebih kurang sbb tade penimbang..) huhu.. so begini la resepi nyer..

biasa dough crust ade lebih.. so Fatin bakar kosong utk buat fruit tart.. (tp act Fatin perhatikan resepi tart ade bubuh telur sebiji at least utk crust dia..) but as for me.. since dough crust lebih.. Fatin just bake kosong utk buat fruit tart lak.. just jgn bakar lama.. about 20mins and buat la saiz kecil2..
