Cream Puff

 
 
Fatin byk berjalan2 from fp to fp.. browsing n surfing.. jumpa resepi cream puff nih.. excited sgt jadinya.. Mama Fatin sgt suka makan cream puff.. Mama selalu tempah cream puff n mase tuh Mama beli 30sen sebijik.. (Mama order byk la cam beratus2 utk function..) huhu.. and Fatin adik beradik pun suka makan.. kekadang Mama beli sikit.. bising la Mama bila Mama langsung tak sempat rase.. teringin sgt nak belajar buat nih.. then buat utk Mama.. (huhu.. ye ker?) memula buat tak jadi sgt.. dough yg lebih Fatin cuba bakar lagi petang.. lepas suap Farizah dinner.. tak sempat turunkan Farizah.. cepat2 cuba bakar lagi.. kali nih wat kecik2 sgt.. (sbb dia naik 2 kali ganda) and buh dlm mini cupcake.. (jgn la wat.. membazir je.. Fatin experiment.. since org tak reti kan.. huhuhuhu..) Fatin cuba bakar lagi.. kali nih ok.. dough ok.. rase sedap.. cuma itu laa.. Fatin nih org yg tak reti masak.. byk sgt kene belajar.. so kali nih ok.. better laa.. happy sesgt.. blk Msia insya-Allah nak cuba wat utk Mama.. Fatin byk belajar masak lepas kawin.. tp tade masa nak buat utk Mama.. selalu masak utk Abg n anak2.. (semangat belajar masak pun sbb anak2..) skang Farzana suka makan.. kalu yg kene ngan taste dia gak laa.. tp mmg budak umur 3 tahun ++ appetite dia better.. cuma Fatin laa.. malas nak masak2 sgt.. time tade mood tuh.. sian dia.. mkn la ape ade..

CREAM PUFF/ECLAIR/CHOUX PASTE
( Sumber Resipi 2U )

Ingredients :

250g water
100g margarine
200g flour ~ sifted
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :

1. Put water, margarine and vanilla essence in a pot on medium heat and leave to boil. Preferably, use
a non stick bowl with wooden spoon.
2. When boiling, add flour bit by bit and stir well till a soft dough is formed. Remove from fire.
3. Place the dough in the mixer bowl and using the flat beater, beat the dough till cool.
4. Add in eggs one at a time and continue beating till a sticky paste is formed.
5. Put the paste into a piping bag and pipe on the greased baking tray.
6. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 C.
7. Leave to cool. Then cut in the middle by the side and pipe the filling. Drizzle with melted cooking
chocolate.

Custard filling

Ingredients :

100g instant custard
200g water (boiled and cool)
a bit of whipping cream

Method :

1. Mix instant custard with water.
2. Add in whipping cream and mix well.

Note :
1. For method number 3, make sure the dough is really cool before adding eggs.
2. To know whether the cream puffs are ready or not : if there's no more bubbles on the puff while in the oven, then it's ready.

Abg dorang pilih utk lead satu projek baru from Austin, US.. projek nih nak pindah ke Asia.. so g Spore.. skali tuh.. tak jadi! projek tuh pindah France.. tp kami tak la pindah France.. kami remains kat Beijing.. tak jadi la pindah Spore.. so mase tuh.. bykla food Fatin/kami guna masak/mkn.. huhu.. bila tak jadi? stok pun alamak.. kurang dah laa.. huhuhu.. so cam utk morning.. bread spread.. Fatin wat la fruit jam sendiri., beli nenas.. sambil wat pajeri nenas.. n makan nenas/buah jer.. Fatin amik blend skit wat jam.. rupanya senang je wat jam nih.. (huhu.. jgn gelakkan Fatin.. hidup nih juga proses belajar kan.. huhuhu..) and Fatin suka masak buah.. bau dia.. sedap jer.. then beli strawberries.. Fatin wat juga sikit.. strawberry jam.. cuba.. Farzana pun suka.. ok la kan.. kaya pun dah abis.. nak buat tp tak reti.. sape tahu wat kaya.. ajar Fatin? just blend buah..masak2 sat then tambah gula.. save sikit duit tak yah beli jam.. huhuhu.. ini la pertama kali Fatin wat pineapple n strawberry jam.. sedappp.. Fatin cuba wat from limau.. huhuhu.. pahit lak jadinyer.. mmg tak sesuai ke Fatin tak reti? anybody??

p/s: sorry gmbr blurr n letak atas tutup bekas jer.. huhu.. mim alif lam sin..
