Choc Chip Muffin!

 
 
Farzana yg tertido sambil mkn muffin.. huhu..
dah pandai bukak cover coklat.. adulahai..

Fatin cuba buat Choc Chip Muffin hari nih.. resepi as usual amik from fp Mamafami.. thanks Mamafami.. dok aim lama dah nak try buat.. since tgk kat fp Mamafami tuh.. tapi asyik tangguh.. memula sbb bahan byk takde.. then tiap kali g kedai asyik ade jer yg lupa.. pastuh cup cake pula lupa beli.. tp sbb arinih nak bawa bekal.. so Fatin pun gigih la buat sendiri aluminium cup tuh.. huhu.. kreatif skit.. then dark coklat lak lupa nak beli.. adulahai.. dah tuh malas Fatin ubah laa.. tgh kemas2 brg.. tetiba hati berdebar sbb td Farzana tuh nampak ngantuk sambil mkn muffin.. takut dia jatuh dok ngantuk terhuyung hayang.. kuar2 tgk.. dah tertido ngan selamatnyer atas high chair nyer.. hahhaha.. lawak tol la anak mama nih.. ptg lak dia jumpa coklat dlm drawer food.. dok mintak nak coklat.. Mama kata NO.. nanti Ayah blk tanya Ayah kalu Ayah nak bagi.. dah tuh tetiba diam jer dia depan pintu dapur.. Fatin dah risau dah.. arituh abis serbuk kari, then garam gula dia main bersepah2 smpi Fatin buat rule.. Farzana forbidden from masuk dapur.. skali pi tgk dia.. laaa.. dah pandai bukak dah cover coklat dok mkn coklat.. sabo jer la anakku ini.. adulahai.. Farzana.. Farzana.. macam2!

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

125 g butter
100 g sugar
150 g self-raising flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
25 g dark chocolate ~ melted using double boiler or microwave
chocolate chips

Method :

Mix butter, sugar, egg, cocoa powder and flour in a mixer, then add in the melted chocolate and chocolate chips. Spoon into paper cups and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes on 175 degrees celcius.

I used Cadbury Old Gold which are easily available in supermarket and added more for 25gm for that chocolatey taste. This muffins is for those who loves the chocolatey taste in muffins, really very rich but you can't stop at one! to me , this is one of the best chocolate muffins I ever taste! but don't just take my words for it , you just got to try it for yourself !

Mamafami's Note :
To make self-raising flour : 150g flour + 2 level teaspoons baking powder + a pinch of salt. Sift three times

My note: sbb Fatin lupa nak beli dark coklat, Fatin subsitute ngan milo+susu pekat+air suam.. tp kalu pakai dark coklat mmg mesti rase coklat yg pekat n sedap.. maybe try lain kali.. and Fatin bakar selama 30 min @ 175 degree (preheated oven)
